Piyush Sodha

Co-Chairman

Piyush Sodha is the Co-Chairman of Kastle Systems International. In addition, Mr. Sodha has also been a part owner of Kastle Systems International since 2008.

Over the last 30 years, Mr. Sodha is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of several world leading technology and telecommunication companies.  

Prior to joining Kastle, 2004-2008, he has served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cibernet Corporation, which merged into MACH in April 2007.  Cibernet was the world’s largest Financial Settlement House for Wireless operators and settled annually in excess of $10 Billion of transactions having serviced 400 Wireless operators in 120+ countries.

Prior to that, 2001-2004, Mr. Sodha served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Matrics, Inc.  Matrics grew from a small technology company to one of the leading providers of RFID technology solutions and infrastructure products.  Matrics, Inc. served primarily the Retail, Government and transportation industries with customers like Wal-Mart, P & G, US Department of Defense and McCarranAirport. In 2003, the company was acquired by Symbol Technology, a Motorola Company.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Sodha served as Chief Executive Officer for LCC International. LCC international, a Nasdaq listed company, was the largest independent wireless engineering company in the world, providing integrated network design, implementation and optimization solutions for wireless voice and data communication networks, which went public under his leadership in 1995.

Mr. Sodha currently serves on the Executive Board for the Wharton Business School.  In addition, the Sodha Foundation, a philanthropic organization founded by Archana and Piyush Sodha supports several community causes such as Wounded Warrior Project and Smile Train. 

Mr. Sodha received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from India Institute of Technology in New Delhi, India, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and an M.B.A. from Wharton Business School.
